We had always wanted to move to Philadelphia. The Bronx was great and we loved being there but it is nowhere to make a life. When we moved to Philadelphia we knew that our lives would change.

We went from a one bedroom tiny apartment in the Bronx to a three bedroom home in Philadelphia. The rent in both is $1,200. This epitomizes why we left. We were squeezed together in a place people described as “cozy.” It wasn’t good…
We left behind our family and friends in New York. We left behind good pizza.
We are finding new places all the time here. Hopefully Philly will begin to feel like our home.
We just bought a house in Philadelphia.
We are ready to make it into a home as we find our way in Philadelphia.
